Here’s an overview of what we do publish:

Articles About Writing and Publishing

We are particularly interested in articles about how authors can promote their writing or build their careers. We are interested in articles about traditional and self publishing. This includes articles about agents, publishers, and conferences. We occasionally publish articles about the mechanics of writing.

Here are some examples of the types of articles we like to publish:

Reviews of Literary Journals

We gladly consider reviews of literary journals for submission. If you admire a literary journal, reviewing it can be a great way to build its audience, and to help generate submissions for it. In your review please include detailed information about the style of the journal, the types of writing they publish, submission deadlines, and any other pertinent information. You are also encouraged to write about why you like the journal. If you are directly associated with the literary journal, we will not accept the review. We will, however, consider other articles from you. We will not publish reviews of literary journals that charge submission fees.
